Airtel, Gurgaon utilizes TruKnox digital signage solutions to convey timely information throughout 65 LCD screens in the meeting rooms, auditorium, and conference halls. Multiple state-of-the-art technologies were introduced to the Company to accomplish this smart building, to replace old-fashioned bulletin boards and create a speedy digital information channel.

The Challenges
  • Airtel wants to communicate the company’s metrics such as their operational figures and daily business performance measurements, in a clear, accurate and timely way.
  • Airtel needs everything to be handled by only one person within a short response time.
  • Airtel contains 65 meeting rooms and hosts a wide variety of learning programs, including workshops, summits and training classes every day so they need a fast accessing software to update the program easily & quickly.
  • Airtel wanted to update there employees with new strategy, awards and events.
Key solution
  • A booking system was proposed integrated with screens which were installed in front of each meeting room to show the schedule for the meeting room for a particular day.
  • Instead of using bulletin boards, AIRTEL deploys 17”/15” LCD screens on the wall outside meeting rooms, along with TruKnox digital signage solutions.
  • The template design showing the meeting room details is designed in the designer part of the tru-i suite and the tru-i scheduler is used to schedule the designed templates and upload them on the meeting room screens.
  • Scheduling management is especially designed for the needs of meeting rooms and multipurpose halls that require flexible arrangement on the events and programs as well as frequent update on the information post.
  • Ease of booking the meetings and informing about the meetings to the concerned persons.
  • Any changes in the template design can be done centrally reflecting on all the screens or on specific screens.
  • All the screens can be managed centrally, that includes their power management, timings and schedule.
  • All events can be arranged on monthly and weekly calendars. Therefore, they can edit a meeting list for each meeting room in advance.
  • They can select a template, enter data, and immediately show high quality video, tickers, pictures, Live information with the help of Tru-i Suite.
