Our policy lasts for 30 days and is only applicable on Software license/service sold online. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You are eligible for a return if you find the software/service unsatisfactory.
Hardware of any kind exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
