Is it Windows 7 ready?

Yes, it is compatible with Windows 7 and upper version of Windows. Tru-i Suite is available for both 32-bit and 64-bit system.

Can I run Tru-i on a 64 bit operating system/Linux/ Mac?

Yes it is 64 bit OS compliant however Tru-i Suite is currently not supported with Mac & Linux.

What system hardware specifications do I need to run Tru-i Suite?

Tested hardware specifications for Tru-i Suite are as follows: Processor: Core 2 duo 2.4 GHz or higher Ram: 1 GB minimum, 2 GB recommended Up to 2 GB free hard disk space Network interface: wired or wireless Onboard graphics/external gpu (ex. Nvidia, ATI/AMD)

Is there a free version available?

Yes, we do provide a free version of the software. It can then be downloaded from our website. The free trial version of the software will be made available upon a successful request and interaction between the client and our executive.

Can I update the Tru-Player from multiple locations?

Is it possible to play different content on the same screen/canvas?

Yes! A user can design multiple zones for multiple content in Tru-i.

Can I receive billing information from the Tru-Player?

Yes! It's a special tool which can be incorporated with the Tru-i. For detail information, Please go through product menu, under forthcoming products on our website.

Can I retrieve log files from the Tru-Player?

Yes! We have added facility for this purpose. Tru-Logger!

What are the network options in Tru-Scheduler?

The Tru-Scheduler can either transfer data to a Tru-Player directly or it supports transfers from online data centre (FTP) too. For ease of use you can also group your tru-players according to the content loops, that is to be played on the different remote locations.
