Q2.What is the system hardware requirement for running Tru-i?
Windows VISTA / Windows XP, .net V3 platform, Processor: P4 2.0 GHz or better, Ram: Minimum 512 MB, 1 GB recommended, 2GB of minimum hard driver space, Network interface: wired or wireless. External Graphics card (ex. ATI 2600 Pro) highly recommended.
Q3.What kind of Display devices supported by TruPresenter?
TruPresenter supports any kind of computer generated or compatible displays. e.g. LCD, Plasma, LED etc.
Q4.What are the network options in Scheduler?
The TruScheduler can either transfer data to a presenter directly or it supports transfers from online data centre (FTP) too. For ease of use you can also group your players according to the content loops, that is to be played on the different remote locations.
Q5.Can I retrieve log files from the TruPresenter?
Yes! We have added facility for this purpose. TruLogger!
Q6.Can I receive billing information from the TruPresenter?
Yes! It's a special tool which can be incorporated with the Tru-i. For detail information, Please go through product menu, under management products on our website.
Q7.Is it possible to play different content on the same screen/canvas?
Yes! A user can design multiple zones for multiple content in Tru-i.
Q8.Can I update the TruPresenter from multiple locations?
Yes! You can control/manage TruPresenter remotely any where in the world using TruScheduler.
