Interactive touch screen solutions for Uninor
Uninor, a telecom operator in India, is a joint venture of Unitech Group, India and Norwegian telecom giant, Telenor. Founded in 2009, this young player targets to secure 8% of Indian market in next 3 years. So far Uninor has its presence in each of India's 22 circles.
With its outlets divided into two categories; COCO (Company owned Company operated), FOFO (Franchise owned franchise operated) Uninor seeks to attract its customer base. But, it was lacking an answer to the digital needs to increase their functionality. Here, we comforted them with the support of our stable digital signage solutions.
The company's COCO and FOFO channels were kept in perspective, while deciding a befitting environment for the same. At COCO outlets, 4 digital signage screens were deployed; One 58" display, featuring content with regional flavour; two interactive touch displays, playing relevant information like tariff plans and last but not the least, one display facing outside the outlet to capture the attention of the masses by showing Uninor commercials, plans etc.
The story doesn't end here. At their FOFO outlets, 2 digital signage screens were deployed-one offering content that met with the regional flavour and the other one, endorsing content related to reactive marketing i.e. answering the competitor's moves with right offering, generated by the FOFO itself.
The precise and apt initiative taken by us was able to draw a clear picture of the customer's mind. The implementation of our ideas helped establish a progressive scenario for the client, thus our compensation; maintaining our convention in problem solving skills.
