Adding the digital dimension for AIRTEL corporate
Bharti Airtel Limited, known for being the first mobile phone company in the world to outsource everything except marketing, sales and finance is the 3rd largest in-country mobile operator by subscriber base. It is the 5th largest mobile operator in the world in terms of subscriber base and has a commercial presence in 19 countries and Channel Islands. In India, it is the market leader with a share of 30.07%.
The field of concern was the corporate wing of our client located at Gurgaon, India. With 100 Meeting rooms within the premises, every minute is important and involves substantial discussions. The Meeting rooms are occupied or pre-booked as per the requirement of a rendezvous. There was an absence of an informative system which showed the availability of the meeting space and other details. The issue to be resolved was to eliminate the question of confusion and righteous utilisation of resources.
We projected a solution for the same which used the medium of digital signage provided by us. Outside every meeting room, a digital signage screen was installed to convey relevant information on the availability of meeting space, meeting schedules and duration, agenda, host(with contact details) and associates engaged etc.
The devised system helped as, if a room was blocked but left un-used for the scheduled time; it could be reported and used by else. This resulted in a superior communication exercise and by our expertise on the issue we helped Airtel save their ample valuable time and effective utilisation of space. The furtherance of the process by our intervention was accomplished.
